Challenge

As I embarked on the project for GoldenCare, a provider of long-term care insurance brokerage and senior insurance, I encountered the challenge of revamping an outdated website that was hindering user experience and failing to represent the modernity of their services. In a rapidly evolving digital landscape, their website had fallen behind, lacking in visual hierarchy, color consistency, and overall user-friendliness. Prospective clients were struggling to navigate the site effectively, impacting GoldenCare’s ability to attract and retain customers in a fiercely competitive market where online presence is paramount.

Solution

To tackle the challenges faced by GoldenCare head-on, I devised a comprehensive redesign strategy aimed at modernizing their website and improving user experience. Employing contemporary design principles, I prioritized establishing a clear visual hierarchy to guide visitors seamlessly through the site.
